• Joining Sampark Bharti signifies dedication to the nation’s progress and active participation in grassroots initiatives.
•  Members & their contribution(Tan/Man/Dhan) play a vital role in strengthening various Seva projects, enabling impactful programs, and fostering community-driven change.
•  By becoming a member, individuals gain access to mentorship, structured engagement opportunities, and collaboration with like-minded professionals for collective growth. 

2. Understanding the Organization’s Ethos

• Every new member undergoes an orientation process to understand Sampark Bharti’s values, operational structure, and long-term objectives.
• Regular participation in Sangathan Baithaks (organizational meetings) ensures meaningful engagement with senior leaders and immerse themselves in grassroots activities.
• Members contribute through active discussions, strategic planning, and execution of initiatives aligned with the larger organizational mission.. 

3. Hands-On Engagement with Projects

• After the initial orientation, members engage with specific projects, dedicating time and effort to core initiatives over the next few months..
• This hands-on experience helps to understand the functioning of different initiatives, develop leadership, execution skills, and a deep understanding of grassroots mobilization.

4. Core Advisory Membership

• Members demonstrating consistent commitment become eligible for the Core Advisory Team, which involves deeper engagement with strategic initiatives.
• This role involves direct participation in policy-making, campaign planning, and operational execution at a national level.
• Core Advisory Members work across multiple organizational aspects, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and community-driven initiatives. 

5. Chapter Leadership Role

• Those excelling in the Core Advisory Team take on leadership roles within state chapters, overseeing regional operations and ensuring seamless coordination between state and national teams.
• Key area of responsibility at this stage is mobilizing resources, securing financial support, and strengthening organizational outreach.
• These leaders take charge of strengthening organizational outreach, mobilizing resources, and driving large-scale initiatives.
• Their role is crucial in expanding Sampark Bharti’s mission, creating a sustainable ecosystem of Seva and national service
